Clubhouse/Loft Rental Agreement and Information

 

The clubhouse/loft are available for rental to members*. Reciprocal Yacht Clubs may rent the loft/clubhouse at member rates with prior HIY&GC Board approval. No loft rentals are allowed when HIY&GC events are planned, unless approved by the Facility Coordinator and/or HIY&GC Commodore.

 

	Rate Table
Loft Rates:	$50.00 per night for 1-2 persons minimum of $150 for holiday weekends    $10.00 per night for each additional person, 4 person maximum (due upon reservation)
Clubhouse Rates:	Up to 25 people: $100 w/$200 deposit   Up to 75 people: $200 w/$300 deposit   Over 75 people: $300 w/$500 deposit (due upon reservation)

 

 

* HIY&GC member in good standing for at least one year

• Rates are for adults and children (no reduced rate for children)
•  
  Personal items such as bags, golf clubs, coolers, etc. must be kept in the loft room, not downstairs in public areas
• No pets are allowed
• The loft and clubhouse are to be left in the same condition as they are found
• Check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time is 12:00 noon
• Keys can be picked up from the Facilities Coordinator, or a designated agent, only after rental agreement is signed and after the fees are paid in full

 

 Use of Kitchen:

 

You may cook meals and buy ice ($1.00 per bag). You must clean up after yourself, remove your coolers, food, etc. after each meal and take your garbage off the island when you leave. The clubhouse must be left clean, vacuumed, floors mopped and garbage cans rinsed clean. No access is permitted to locked interior rooms including pantry and store. Entry or damage to locked areas will result in loss of deposit.

 

HIY&GC Board has the right to refuse any application received for clubhouse/loft rental
